摘　　要：运用行为观察法与问卷调查法,调研了北京某养老院老年人对居室空间的利用情况,分析了建筑空间环境与设施的优缺点,并针对该养老院居室空间的不足之处,提出了解决策略,为养老院设计提供了新思路。Using behavior observation method,questionnaire survey a nursing home'old people how to use their living space. Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of building environment and facilities,the shortcomings of puts forward the strategy,provide a reference for nursing home design.
