摘　　要：目的:探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)后不稳定膀胱导致膀胱逼尿肌肌聚糖(SG)表达变化。方法:对BPH后稳定膀胱组患者34例、BPH后不稳定膀胱组患者26例,采用免疫组织化学染色法、Western blot法检测膀胱壁逼尿肌中SG的α、β、γ3种亚基蛋白表达情况,RT-PCR法检测SG的α、β、γ3种亚基m RNA表达水平。结果:SG在BPH后不稳定膀胱组的平均表达水平较稳定膀胱组增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BPH后膀胱逼尿肌不稳定性可能与SG改变有关。Objective： To study the expression change of sarcoglycan （SG） in the detrusor muscle of the unstable bladder caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods： 34 cases of stable bladder and 26 cases of unstable bladder were included in this study. The expressions of α-SG, β-SG, γ-SG in detrusor muscle of bladder were detected by immunohistochemical technique Western-blot and RT-PCR. Results： Compared to the group of stable bladder, the expression of SG in detrusor muscle of unstable bladder caused by BPH was in-creased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The changes of SG in the detrusor muscle of bladder may closely related to the production of unstable bladder caused by BPH.
