摘　　要：针对煤制合成氨装置低温甲醇洗工序大气量高负荷运行情况下,硫化氢吸收塔预洗段出现工况紊乱,最终造成整个低温甲醇洗装置工况恶化问题,利用原硫化氢吸收塔预洗段,改造塔盘,增设塔器分流洗涤分离,优化调整工艺流程等,实现低温甲醇洗装置高负荷稳定运行。When rectisol system is under its full load,turbulence occurred in prewashing fragment in sulfide absorber,leading to deterioration of the whole rectisol plant. To solve the problem, the existed prewash- ing segment of sulfide absorber remained there,but reformation happened on trays. A split washing separator was added to optimize the process flow, achieving the rectisol plant a steady operation under full load.
