新型毛纺用弹性针布浅析

摘　　要：为了解决国内毛纺用弹性针布强度低、抗轧性差、易变形等缺陷,介绍常规毛纺用弹性针布存在的主要缺陷,并从底布结构、植针和磨针工艺、钢丝截面形状以及材质等方面详细分析其改进。指出:采用新底布结构、进口高屈服性椭圆截面钢丝,增加针密、降低针高、新针尖结构磨针和表面处理工艺等措施后,新型毛纺用弹性带条针布具有抗抬头、抗轧伤、断针少、寿命长、表面粗糙度好、弹性好、适纺范围广等特性,能提升纤维的梳理和剥取能力,减少毛结、毛粒的产生。In order to solve the problems with the domestic fillet clothing for wool spinning such as low strength and poor anti-rolling, deformation tendency and other defects, detailed analysis is done to the clothing improvement from the base cloth structure, needle setting and grinding process,wire section and materials.It is pointed out that the new fillet clothing for wool spinning is of anti-lifting, anti-rolling damage, few needle breakage, long service life, good rough- ness,good elasticity, wide application provided that the follow is applicated such as the new structure of the base cloth,imported high yield of elliptical cross section wire,density increasing,lower height of needle, new needle tip grinding and new surface treatment, consequently improving the fiber carding and stripping ability with less neps.
