摘　　要：针对"小批量、多品种"的市场需求,分析新一代通用性强的RS-6939AS型上销的优点及其原理;通过在不同纯粘胶品种上进行试纺试验,说明采用该上销后,成纱条干CV值提高约0.3%,-40%细节和+35%粗节明显改善;且搭配双轨道胶圈纺纱效果更好。指出:RS-6939AS型上销充分利用"混合S型曲线牵伸"原理,缩短前区浮游区长度,充分发挥胶圈控制纤维和弹性浮动钳口优势,保证所纺细纱的均匀性,适应性强,成纱质量好。Considering the market demand of ＂small batch with varieties production＂ , analysis is done to the advantages as well as the work-how of top cradle RS-6939AS,a new generation of universal product. Trial spinning in different varieties of viscose is done with top cradle RS-6939AS with yarn evenness CV value increased by about 0.3%,-40%thin and ＋35%thick improved markedly. Better spinning effect will be gained if double track apron is used. It is pointed out that top cradle RS-6939AS makes full use of ＂mixed S curve drafting＂ principle, shortening the length of the front floating zone area,giving full play to the apron control of fiber and elastic floating gripping advantage, consequently ensuring uniformity of the spinning, strong adaptability and good yarn quality.
