粗纱假捻器的作用

摘　　要：为了用好粗纱假捻器,介绍其分类及作用,通过聚氨酯(白色)假捻器与橡胶(黑色)假捻器的对比试验,表明新型橡胶和聚氨酯假捻器性能良好,在提高纺纱段捻度,改善粗纱前后排伸长率差异及粗纱质量方面效果明显。指出:假捻器使用应做好清洁保养;其使用周期约为3a,生产中应加强检查,及时更换,以保证产品质量的稳定;纯棉品种宜选用橡胶假捻器,化纤品种宜选用聚氨酯假捻器。To make good use of the roving false twister, introduction is made to the classification and function of the false twister.Comparasion test is done to the polyurethane twister（white） and rubber false twister （black）, showing that both the new type of rubber false twister and polyurethane false twister are of good performance in improving spinning twist, roving elongation difference of roving yarn in front and rear row and roving yarn quality.It is pointed out that maintenance and cleaning are important for false twister in application.The service life of the false twister is about 3 years.Regular check-up and timing replacement of failure parts are appreciated in production.For cotton varieties,rubber false twiser is preferred while for synthetic varieties, polyurethane twister is preferred.
