摘　　要：习近平总书记关于宣传思想文化工作系列重要讲话深刻阐述了新形势下宣传思想文化工作的时代主题、发展理念、理论指导和目标任务,这就要以坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,以人民为中心的发展理念为引领,在马克思主义指导下推进宣传思想文化工作创新,实现马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化的有机融合,是发展中国特色社会主义先进文化的理论指导和行动指南。The series important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping about propaganda and ideological work profoundly expounded the times theme, development idea, theoretical direction and target task of propaganda and ideological work under the new situation. Thus it needs to persist and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics, stick to people centered development idea as lead, advance the innovation of propaganda and ideological work under the guidance of Marxism, realize Marxism and Chinese excellent traditional culture organic fusion. It is the theoretical direction and action guidance of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics advanced culture.
