儿童监护人和孕妇预防接种口袋书使用效果评价

摘　　要：目的评估《接种疫苗-预防疾病》口袋书的知识传递效果,了解儿童家长和孕妇对口袋书内容的评价。方法采用匿名自填问卷形式分别在预防接种门诊对0-11月龄儿童监护人阅读口袋书前后开展调查,在妇幼保健院对孕妇阅读或讲座前后开展调查,评价预防接种知识得分。结果口袋书阅读前、后各486名儿童监护人的预防接种知识平均得分分别为10.07(±3.11)分、12.00(±3.08)分(t=9.68,P<0.001)。120名孕妇阅读口袋书前、后平均得分分别为8.39(±4.02)分、12.90(±3.02)分(t=13.49,P<0.001);120名孕妇参加知识讲座前、后平均得分分别为9.12(±3.63)分、13.43(±2.92)分(t=12.68,P<0.001)。阅读组与讲座两组孕妇平均提高得分无显著性差异(t=0.31,P>0.05)。90%以上的调查对象表示口袋书能够读懂、内容清晰、能提供有效信息及解释相关疑问。结论口袋书可有效提高儿童监护人、孕妇的疫苗接种相关知识水平,建议更广泛地推广预防接种口袋书。Objective To assess the effectiveness of an immunization pocket book for disseminating immunization knowledge, and to determine guardians and pregnant women＇ s opinions of the book. Methods We used an anonymous self-administered questionnaire to query guardians of 0-11 month old children before and after reading the immunization pocket book in vaccination clinics, and pregnant women before and after reading the book or listening to a lecture on the book in hospitals to measure knowledge about immunization. Results The average scores of immunization knowledge among 486 guardians, pre-and post-reading, were 10.07 （±3.11）, and 12.00 （±3.08） （t=9.68, P〈0.001）. The average scores for pre- and post-reading among 120 pregnant women were 8.39 （±4. 02） and 12.90 （±3.02） （ t = 13.49, P 〈 0. 001 ）, and the average scores for pre-and post-lecture among 120 pregnant women were 9. 12 （±3.63）, and 13.43 （±2. 92） （t = 13.49, P 〈0. 001 ）, with no significant difference in score differences between the two groups of pregnant women （t = 0.31, P 〉 0.05 ）. Over 90% of partici- pants thought that the book was readable, clear, informative, and helpful. Conclusions The immunization pocket book can improve the immunization knowledge level of guardians and pregnant women. We recommend the extensive use of the immunization pocket book.
