摘 要:文章通过Abaqus有限元仿真对天窗飞行滚边工艺进行了研究。首先,研究了L型滚压包边的成型机理,并对第1道预滚边中对轮压紧和压轮压紧2种滚边方式进行了仿真建模,对比研究了其合理性;其次,研究第2道滚边的TCP-RTP值对包边高度的影响,并根据仿真结果输出第1道滚边和第4道滚边的滚边压力;最后进行了试验验证,将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明,对轮压紧的方式更符合实际生产,随着第2道滚边TCP-RTP值的增加,包边高度成单调递增的趋势,所得到的试验结果与仿真结果基本相符,为滚边工艺优化提供了基础。The flying hemming process of sunroof is researched with the commercial FEA platform Abaqus. Firstly, the formation mechanism of L-type roller hemming is researched, and then both the double roller type and pressure roller type of pre-hemming are simulated so as to contrast and research the reasonableness. Secondly, the influence of TCP-RTP values of the second step on the flange height of the sunroof is studied, and then the hemming forces of the first and the fourth steps are outputted on the basis of the simulation results. Finally, the comparison between the results of simulation and experiment is made. The results show that the double roller type conforms better to production activity, and the flange height monotonically increases with the increase of the second step TCP- RTP value. The experiment results basically match the simulation results, which can provide reference for further study on the optimization of hemming process.
