摘  要:以番茄为试材,研究了不同灌溉施肥方法对设施番茄产量及品质的影响。结果表明,在不同灌溉施肥方式下,滴灌施肥处理番茄的株高、茎粗、果径均较沟灌施肥处理高,均表现为滴灌8 d施肥处理>滴灌16 d施肥处理>沟灌8 d施肥处理>沟灌16 d施肥处理;滴灌8 d施肥处理产量最高,与沟灌8,16 d施肥处理间差异显著,其中,滴灌8 d施肥处理比沟灌8 d施肥处理增产23.3%;滴灌8 d施肥处理番茄果实Vc含量与沟灌8,16 d施肥处理间差异显著,其中,滴灌8 d施肥处理比沟灌8 d施肥处理高13.7%;各处理间番茄硝酸盐含量差异不显著,滴灌处理硝酸盐含量整体低于沟灌处理,滴灌8 d施肥处理比滴灌16 d处理降低9.48%;滴灌处理可溶性固形物含量和总酸含量总体高于沟灌处理,但二者间差异不显著;滴灌处理的可溶性糖含量与沟灌处理间基本没有差异。总体上说明,滴灌施肥处理方法比沟灌施肥更能提高番茄的产量和品质。The effects of different irrigation and fertilization methods on the yield and quality of tomato were studied. The results showed that in different irrigation and fertilization methods, plant height, stem diameter, fruit size of tomato under drip irrigation and fertilization were higher than the furrow fertilization, showed drip irrigation 8 d fertilization treatment 〉drip irrigation 16 d fertilization treatment〉 furrow irrigation 8 d fertilization treatment 〉furrow irrigation 16 d fertilization treatment. The yield of tomato in drip irrigation8 d fertilization treatment was the highest, which had significant difference with furrow irrigation 8, 16 d fertilizer treatments, the tomato yield of 8 d drip irrigation fertilization increased 23.3% compared with furrow irrigation 8 d fertilization treatment. Vc content of tomato in drip irrigation 8 d fertilizer treatment fruit and furrow irrigation in 8, 16 d fertilization treatment showed significant differences, among them, 8 d irrigation fertilization was higher by 13.7% than furrow irrigation 8 d fertilization. The difference of the tomato nitrate content in every treatment was not significant, nitrate content of drip irrigation was lower than furrow irrigation, drip irrigation 8 d fertilizer treatments decreased 9.48% than drip irrigation 16 d treatment. The soluble solids content and total acid content of drip irrigation were higher than that of furrow irrigation, but there was no significant difference between the two. There was no difference of soluble sugar content between furrow irrigation and drip irrigation treatment. In general, the method of drip irrigation is more effective than the furrow irrigation method in improving yield and quality of tomato.
