摘　　要："村-社"自治是村社治理-自治的平衡模式,在"村-社"自治背景下推动农村集体产权股份合作制改革,促进经济效率兼顾社会公平,具有十分重要的实践意义。科学合理的股权结构是"村-社"自治背景下农村股份合作社的基本要求。本文在问卷调研的基础上,对目前沿海先进地区的农村股份合作社的股权结构问题,主要从股权占比,股权的差异化等方面做了深入的总结和分析,并提出相应的优化路径。Village-community autonomy is a balanced mode of village-community governance and au- tonomy. Against the background of village-community autonomy, the reform of rural collective property rights is promoted in order to enhance economic efficiency and social justice, which has a great practical sig- nificance. A scientific and reasonable ownership structure is the basic requirement of a rural cooperative sys- tem under village community autonomy. Based on a questionnaire survey, this paper makes a thorough sum- mary and analysis of the ownership structure of rural joint stock cooperatives in the developed coastal areas from the perspective of share ratio and the difference of ownership, and puts forward the corresponding paths for optimization.
