摘　　要：目的 :分析拔伸端提折顶手法整复外用小夹板外固定治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折的疗效。方法 :收集2015年11月—2016年11月收治的桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者39例,采用拔伸端提折顶手法整复后小夹板外固定,并将患肢功能位悬吊于胸前6周。观察治疗后的效果。结果 :骨折复位情况良好,尺偏角、掌倾角及桡骨短缩距离均较治疗前改善。治疗优良率为97.4%,其中优31例,良7例,差1例。结论 :拔伸端提折顶手法整复小夹板外固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折简单方便,疗效可靠。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of pulling, lifting and folding manipulative reduction and external fixation with plintlet in the treatment of the elderly patients with straight type distal radius fractures. Methods： From Nov. 2015 to Nov. 2016, 39 cases of straight type distal radius fractures were collected. After pulling, lifting and folding manipulative reduction was used to reconstruct the fractures, they were fixed with planflet externally, the affected extremity was suspended in front of the chest for 6 weeks and their results were observed, Results： The fracture was in good condition, and the ulnar inclination angle, palmar tilt and radial shortening were better than those before treatment. The excellent and good rate was 97.4%, among of them 31 cases were excellent, 7 cases good and 1 cases poor. Conelusion： Pulling, lifting and folding manipulative reduction and external fixation with plintlet in the treatment of straight type distal radius fractures is simple and convenient, and the treatment effect is reliable.
