摘 要:某微型电机风扇叶片高为7.5 mm,最大外形尺寸为Φ44 mm,外形周边有8个等分的90°弯曲风叶。通过对该制件的结构特点和冲压工艺进行分析,制定了3组制件的排样设计方案并进行优化选择,将制件中风扇叶片采用底座与叶片两个制件铆合成一个总成件,改为采用先切开再弯曲为一体的结构方式,提出了采用一出一排列的多工位级进模冲压制件方案,首先介绍了制件整体的模具结构及切开、弯曲工序的复合工艺模具结构设计,然后对切开、弯曲复合工艺进行了详细说明。生产实践证明,该模具的切开、弯曲工艺,采用凸、凹模将板料逐渐先分离再弯曲成90°的结构设计,冲压动作安全可靠,可大幅降低制件生产成本,提高制件材料利用率和生产效率。The structural characteristics and stamping process of a micro motor fan blade with the height of 7.5mm, the maximum shape size of Ф44 mm and eight equal parts around 90 ° curved blades were analyzed, and the layout design of three sets of parts was developed and optimized. Then, the fan blade was produced by riveting base and blade into one assembly and it was replaced by a new process of first cutting and then bending into integration. Therefore, the design project of multi-position progressive die was one-out with one-arrange proposal. Firstly, it was introduced that the whole structure of die and the compound technology of die structure design including cutting and bending, and then the compound technology was elaborated in details. The production practice shows that the cutting and bending processes are designed by the punch and die gradually separating from the plate and then bending into 90 °. Therefore, the punching is a safe and reliable operation, which can greatly reduce cost, and improve material utilization and productivity.
