摘  要:工匠精神与当今社会越来越缺失的师道精神相契合,要求教师具备高尚的人格品质、活跃的理性思维、强烈的责任意识和不倦的求索精神,形成"教育本质驱使——多元人群参与——个体着重培育"的工匠精神与师道精神契合的模式。基于工匠精神理念的高校师道精神应该坚持因材施教、以人为本、全员参与和提高服务意识的思路,更好地为教育服务。The Spirit of Craftsmanship corresponds to the Moral Value of Teaching which is deficient in the current society. The author points out that teachers should be prepared with morally good personality, virtuous characters, rational thinking and judgment, strong sense of responsibility, and tireless pursuit of truth. The paper also proposes the mixed model which is driven by education, par- ticipated by multiple groups, and individual-focused. Finally, based on the Spirit of Craftsmanship, the paper suggests the Moral Value of Teaching of higher education should focus on individualized education, be people oriented, attain full participation, and improve the sense of service so as to better serve the education.
