摘  要:目的:建立同时测定抗骨增生丸中毛蕊花糖苷、柚皮苷和淫羊藿苷3种成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:应用HPLC-梯度洗脱法,采用C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以水为流动相A,甲醇为流动相B,乙腈为流动相C进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长270 nm,柱温25℃。结果:毛蕊花糖苷、柚皮苷和淫羊藿苷测定浓度的线性范围分别为5.08~101.6、7.56~151.2和5.13~102.6μg·mL^(-1),r均大于0.999;平均加样回收率分别为100.5%、99.5%和99.3%,RSD均小于1.0%。样品中毛蕊花糖苷、柚皮苷、淫羊藿苷含量分别为1.06~1.17、1.75~1.88、1.32~1.53 mg·丸^(-1)。结论:该实验方法可有效地控制抗骨增生丸的质量。Simultaneous determination of verbascoside, naringin and icariin ) in icariin in Kangguzengsheng pills by HPLC ZHU Yan, HUANG Yi-chun, YAN Xiao-ming ( Shaoguan Institutes for Food and Drug Control, Shaoguan 512028, China ) Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining three constituents ( verbascoside, naringin and Kangguzengsheng pills. Methods: The separation was performed on a Cls column ( 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm ) with gradient elution. The mobile phase was composed of water solution ( A ), methanol ( B ) and acetonitrile ( C ) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The linear ranges were 5.08-101.6μg·mL^-1 for verbascoside, 7.56-151.2μg·mL^-1for naringin and 5.13-102.6 μg·mL^-1 for icariin, respectively. The correlation coefficients of all curves were above 0.999. The average recoveries of three analytes were 100.5% for verbascoside, 99.5% for naringin, and 99.3% for icariin, with RSD less than 1.0%. The contents of verbascoside, naringin and icariin in 3 samples were 1.06-1.17 mg per pill, 1.75-1.88 mg per pill and 1.32-1.53 mg per pill, respectively.
