摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法同时测定厚朴排气合剂中和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、大黄素和大黄酚。方法:采用Syncronis C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~15 min,80%A→85%A;15~40 min,85%A→95%A),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果:和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、大黄素和大黄酚的保留时间分别为13.1、19.0、24.1和32.1 min,线性范围分别为0.73~8.76、1.06~12.69、0.09~1.04、0.29~3.48 mg·mL^(-1);平均回收率分别为100.1%、105.2%、103.2%和97.5%,RSD分别为5.7%、3.4%、6.0%和2.3%。5批厚朴排气合剂中和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、大黄素和大黄酚含量分别为17.26~18.05、25.34~26.11、2.01~2.10和1.72~1.81 mg·mL^(-1)。结论:本法可为厚朴排气合剂的质量控制提供参考。Objective: To study an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of honokiol, magnolol, and chrysophanol in Houpopaiqi mixture by HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Syncronis C18 ( 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm ) column with the mobile phase of methanol ( A ) -0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid( B )by gradient elution (0-15 rain, 80%A→85%A; 15-40 rain, 85%A→95%A ). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 20 txL. Results: The retention time of honokiol, magnolol, emodin and chrysophanol were 13.1,19.0,24.1 and 32.1 rain, respectively ; the linear ranges were 0.73-8.76 mg· mL^-1, 1.06-12.69 mg· mL^-1, 0.09-1.04 mg· mL^-1 and 0.29-3.48 mg· mL^-1, respectively; the recoveries were 100.1%, 105.2%, 103.2% and 97.5% and the RSDs were 5.7%,3.4%, 6.0% and 2.3%, respectively. The contents of honokiol, magnolol, emodin and chrysophanol in 5 Houpopaiqi mixture were 17.26-18.05 mg· mL^-1, 25.34-26.11 mg· mL^-1 2.01-2.10 mg· mL^-1 and 1.72-1.81 mg· mL^-1, respectively. Conclusion: The method can be used as a reference for the quality control of Houpopaiqi mixture.
