摘 要:为改善棉织物吸湿后放湿性慢,水分不容易挥发的缺点,采用不同链长的三甲氧基硅烷(链长n=6,8,10,12,16)作为低表面能改性剂,对棉纤维上的羟基进行适度封闭及疏水化改性。通过改变低表面能试剂的链长和用量,探讨其对改性前后棉织物滴水扩散时间、扩散直径、毛效、回潮率、保水率以及放湿性的影响。研究发现,随着低表面能改性剂用量及烷烃链长的增加,改性棉织物的回潮率略有下降,水滴在织物上的消失速率减慢,水滴扩散直径缩短,毛效及保水率呈下降趋势,而放湿性能提高。保水率越低、放湿性越高,越有利于织物干燥,但是织物对汗水等水滴的吸附能力降低,影响了穿着舒适性。综合各项性能指标,癸基三甲氧基硅烷质量分数为1%时,棉织物的吸湿性能下降不大,而且具有一定的快干性能。In order to improve the moisture management performance of cotton fabric, the hydroxyl groups of cotton fiber are closed moderately and hydrophobic modification is carried out with low sur- face energy modifier trimethoxysilane having different chain length (carbon number is 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 seperately). By changing the chain length and the amount of low surface energy reagent, the effect of low surface energy reagent on the dripping spread time and diameter, capillary effect, moisture regain, moisture retention and moisture liberation of cotton fabric before and after modification are investigat- ed. The results show that with the increased dosage and the elongation of chain length of low surface energy modifier, the moisture regain of modified cotton fabric decreases slightly, the disappearance rate of water droplets on the fabric slows down, spread diameter of droplet shortens, capillary effect and wa- ter retention rate decrease, and the moisture liberation performance is improved. The lower the water retention rate and the higher wettability, the more conducive to fabric drying, but unfavorable to the ad- sorption capacity of fabrics on sweat which affecting the wearing comfortability. In combination with the test indexes, the moisture absorption property of the cotton fabric decreases slightly and has a cer- tain fast-drying property when the mass fraction of decyl silane is 1%.
