摘　　要：利用自制羟烷基硅油聚氨酯预聚体与自制扩链剂进行反应,得到改性有机硅聚氨酯羊毛易护理整理剂,并对其应用性能进行研究,得到优化的应用工艺,即二浸二轧(轧余率75%,整理剂150 g/L,90℃预烘120 s,150℃焙烘120 s)。整理后的羊毛织物具有很好的防缩、抗皱效果和挺括性,织物强力和白度下降较小,达到全面易护理的整理效果。After self-made hydroxyl alkyl silicone prepolymer reacts with self-made chain extender, the silicone modified polyurethane is obtained for wool easy care finishing, and the application performance of the agent is studied. The results show that the optimal application process is： two dip two pading （the pick-up is 75%）, the dosage of finishing agent is 150 g/L, drying at 90℃ for 120 s, and baking 120 s at 150℃. The wool fabric has good shrinkproof, anti-wrinkle effect after finishing, and its strength and whiteness decrease stightly.
