蚕丝/亚麻交织物的活性嫩黄B-4GLN同色染色

摘　　要：采用双活性基活性嫩黄B-4GLN对蚕丝/亚麻交织物进行同色染色。在单因素试验的基础上,利用正交试验确定了蚕丝/亚麻交织物用活性嫩黄B-4GLN染色的优化工艺,即染料2%(omf)、Na_2CO_3 8 g/L、Na_2SO_445 g/L,温度80℃,固色时间45 min。结果表明,活性嫩黄B-4GLN在蚕丝/亚麻交织物上的固色率达到43.98%,染色同色性良好,且染色产品具有较高的色牢度。Union dyeing process of silk/linen mixture fabric with Reactive Yellow B-4GLN containing bi- functional reactive groups is carried out. Based on the single-factor experiment, the optimum conditions are defined via orthogonal experiments, that is dye concentration 2%（omf）, Na2CO3 8 g/L, Na2SO4 45 g/L, fixing at 80 ℃ for 45 min. Results show that the fixing rate of Reactive Yellow B-4GLN on silk/linen mix- ture fabric is 43.98%, the union color property of silk/linen fabrics is well, and the dyed fabrics have high- er color fastness which can meet the general requirements.
