摘 要:综放开采时,一直采用把相邻工作面巷道布置在同一层位的平面巷道系统,工作面之间通常留设矩形煤柱,煤炭行业立项时一般认为留设5m煤柱即为无煤柱开采。为解决该系统下长期存在的端头丢煤多,巷道布置在顶煤下方不利于掘进,破碎顶煤易着火和排瓦斯困难等普遍问题,实现真正意义上的完全无煤柱开采,依据错层位采煤法立体化设计原理,提出负煤柱设计技术,根据不同煤层倾角条件设计了两类错层位负煤柱巷道方案并得到成功应用。结果表明,错层位负煤柱设计技术,有利于实现完全无煤柱综放,实现开采技术升级。Fully mechanized mining has been using the plane roadway system, which arranges the adjacent working face roadways in the same layer, and usually sets rectangular coal pillar between working face. In coal industry project approval, mining with coal pillars smaller than 5 meters is generally regarded as non-pillar mining. Aiming at the mining problems such as great coal loss at the face ends, driving difficulty with roadway arranged below the top coal roadway layout, self-combustion tendency of broken top coal, and gas drainage difficulty, and to achieve complete non-pillar mining, the negative coal pillar design technology was proposed based on the design principle of stagger arrangement mining method. According to the different angle of coal seam, two types of negative stagger coal pillar were designed and successfully applied. The results show that, the negative stagger coal pillar design is conducive to the realize non-pillar mining, upgrade the mining technology.
