摘 要:设计了一种粉碎中煤的两段式新型立式磨样机,能有效降低中煤过粉碎率,提高精煤产率。为了更好的了解磨样机的性能,以其为研究对象,运用离散元软件EDEM,对该新型磨样机的工作过程进行模拟仿真。以中煤颗粒的黏结键断裂数作为衡量物料的破碎效果,得出不同的粗碎转速对黏结键的影响,据此选取一个最佳的粗碎转速,并试制试验样机。在试验样机上,利用粗碎转速条件试验对仿真结果的准确性进行验证。经分析,得出当粗碎频率为50Hz时,破碎机的破碎效果最佳。A new two-stage vertical grinder is designed, which can effectively reduce the middling coal crushing rate and improve the yield of clean coal. To better understand the performance of the grinder, working process of the grinder is simulated using discrete element software EDEM. The material crushing effect is evaluated based on the number of broken bonding in middling coal, and the influence of different coarse crushing speed on broken bonding is obtained. Then, an optimal coarse crushing speed is selected, and the experimental prototype is trialproduced. On the prototype, the accuracy of the simulation results is validated by coarse crushing speed condition test. According to the analysis, grinding effect is optimal at the rough frequency of 50Hz.
