基于ANSYS的汽车端子鸭嘴F形压接密封结构设计

摘  要:汽车金属端子是自动变速器穿缸电连接器电连接的直接传输介质,结合穿缸电连接器的工作要求,分析了影响电连接器密封性能的端子压接部位,设计了六边压接金属套筒及压接刀模,进而设计了端子鸭嘴F形压接密封结构。借助ANSYS软件进行了压接效果验证,确认鸭嘴F形压接密封结构性能可靠,解决了端子压接区漏油的问题,能够满足工业化生产需求。The automotive metal terminal is the the electric connector in automatic transmission. direct transmission medium for electric connection of Based on the working requirements of the electric connector, the terminal crimping part which affected the sealing performance of the electric connector was analyzed. The hexagonal crimp metal sleeve and the crimping die were designed, and then the F-type crimp seal structure of the terminal was designed. ANSYS software was used to verify the crimping effect and it was confirmed that the F-type crimp seal structure could solve the problem of oil leakage at terminal crimping section and satisfy the demand for industrial production due to its reliable performances.
