摘　　要：上海地处长江三角洲地区,是中国社会经济发展最活跃、最发达的城市,更是建设"一带一路"的重要参与者之一。作为中国清真食品产业深入改革发展和"走出去"的前沿试验区,上海清真食品产业是中国清真食品产业生产和消费的高地,而"一带一路"则为上海清真食品产业发展贡献了新动力。Shanghai is Ioeated in the Yangtze river delta and is the most active and most developed city in China in terms of its social and economic development. Shanghai is also one of the important participants in the construction of ＂One Belt Anti One Road＂ . It is China＇s halal food industry in-depth reforal, development and test area and is also the test area of ＂going out＂ . Shanghai is the main areas of production and consumption of halal food industry in China. ＂ One Beh And One Road＂ is a contribution to the development of Shanghai halal food industry.
