大型公共项目进度的影响因素研究——基于QCA方法

摘　　要：大型公共项目有较大的社会影响,其进度直接影响到公众的生活与建设成本。自然条件、政府管理水平、公众压力等都可能影响到公共项目的按时完工。运用QCA方法(Qualitative Comparative Analysis),选取25个有一定社会影响的大中型公共项目案例,对影响公共项目进度的因素进行比较分析,找出导向按时完成的条件组合,包括政府的监管、公众的配合等,进而基于多中心治理的思想提出建议。Large-scale public projects have big social impact, the schedule directly affect the public life and construction cost.Many conditions will affect the public projects completed on time.By using the Qualitative Comparative Analysis Method,finding out theinfluence factors of large public project schedule.Then put forward the proposals based on the idea of polycentric governance.
