摘  要:随着全国原煤入选率的逐步提高,矿区煤泥、矸石产量将大幅提高且更加集中。目前我国煤泥、矸石利用方式粗放,主要掺回混煤销售或在矿区周边堆存,部分就地发电,存在利用率低、浪费能源、污染破坏矿区生态环境等亟待解决的问题。实践证明,循环流化床(简称CFB)发电技术是大规模清洁利用煤泥、矸石等低热值煤的最佳方式,也是降低煤泥、矸石燃烧引起的污染程度最经济的方式。国内CFB发电技术经过近三十年的发展,完成了容量从小到大、参数从低到高的技术发展历程,实践证明CFB发电技术是成熟的。由于我国CFB发电技术大型化发展进程慢,小容量CFB机组占比大,现役CFB机组总体能耗及污染物排放浓度高,不能满足国家最新的节能减排政策。新形势下,神华国能集团牵头承担国家重点研发计划课题—超超临界CFB锅炉技术研发与示范,探索煤泥、矸石高效绿色发展之路,实现矿区煤泥、矸石规模化就地清洁转化利用。这对促进我国现役CFB机组升级改造、促进大型煤炭基地煤炭集约高效绿色发展具有重大的推广示范意义。The main energy status of coal source will not be changed in China in the short term, and coal production will be concentrated in large coal bases. With the gradual improvement of the national coal washing rate, coal slime and gangue yield substantially increase and storing up of coal slime and gangue is much more concentrated. At present, the extensive pattern of coal slime and gangue utihzation such as mixing coal for sales, storing up around coal mine, generating power on site, cause low utilization rate, energy waste, pollution and destruction of the mine ecological environment, which is a problem that should be solved quickly. It has been proved by practice that circulating fluidized bed (CFB) power technology is the best and large-scale clean way to utilize coal with low calorific value such as coal slime and gangue. And it is also the most economical way to reduce the pollution caused by burning coal slime and gangue. With nearly thirty years' development of CFB power technology, the product series had been developed from small capacity with low steam parameters to large one with supercritical parameters. It had been tested by practice that CFB power technology was mature. Due to the slow development of large-scale CFB power technology in China, the proportion of small CFB units was large, and then the overall energy consumption and pollutant emission concentration of existing CFB units were high, not meeting the national' s latest energy conservation and emission reduction policy. In the new situation, Shenhua Guoneng Group is leading the project of national key research and development program R&D and demonstration of ultra-supercritical CFB boiler technology, and explore the green development of coal slime and gangue. Then large-scale clean conversion and utilization of coal slime and gangue on site could be realized. It is of great promotion and demonstration significance to promote the upgrade and transformation of existing CFB units and the intensive, efficient and green development of coal
