摘　　要：随着重庆市城镇化进程的深入,以农村剩余劳动力转移与开发为中心的户籍制度改革将进一步深化。本文梳理了重庆市改革开放以来农村剩余劳动力转移各阶段的公共政策演变,分析其效应,并提出相应的政策建议。With the development of urbanization in Chongqing, the reform of the household registration system, focusing on the transfer and development of rural labor force, will be further deepened. This paper reviews the public policy change of rural surplus labor migration in Chongqing since the reform and opening up, analyzes its effect and then puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations.
