摘　　要：在不完全信息的市场中,提供无差异乘车服务的网约车平台公司为了提高业务量,必须选择合适的经营策略.本文以3个寡头网约车平台公司为研究对象,采用不完全信息古诺模型和合作联盟模型,求得三家平台公司的业务量纳什均衡解,分析其在成本、业务量和利润等方面的问题,并给出公司运营策略:当业务处于低成本运营时,弱势公司应建立合作联盟参与市场竞争;当业务处于高成本运营时,各公司应独自参与市场竞争.最后,针对运营成本模型揭示的风险问题,提出放开市场准入、加强数据监管等建议,以期规范网约车市场的有序发展.In a market with incomplete information, network taxi companies should choose the appropriate business strategies to increase business volume when providing undifferentiated services This study, using the three biggest network taxi compan Cournot model for incomplete information and the model Equilibrium solution to th volumes and profits, and companies should forge ies as research objects and adopting the for cooperation alliance, obtained a Nash e business volume of the three companies, analyzed their problems in costs, a proposed corresponding strategies： when operating at low cost, vulnerable cooperative alliance to participate in competition and when operating atcost, the companies should independently participate in problems revealed by the operational models, the paper strengthening data supervision competition.
