摘 要:以贵州某地硅钙质磷矿为研究对象,在双反浮选过程中添加Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)及PO_4^(3-)四种离子,通过精矿P_2O_5品位及回收率的变化研究其对该矿样双反浮选的影响。实验结果表明:Ca^(2+)及SO_4^(2-)对该矿样双反浮选的影响较大,Mg^(2+)及PO_4^(3-)对双反浮选的影响较小,Ca^(2+)对精矿P_2O_5的品位及回收率的影响显著,SO_4^(2-)对精矿P_2O_5回收率的影响显著,Mg^(2+)、PO_4^(3-)对该硅钙质磷矿双反浮选的影响不显著。Taking a silicon-calcium phosphoritein Guizhou as the research object, four kinds of ions including Ca2+, Mg2+, SO4 2- and PO4 3- , were added during the double-reverse flotation and their effects on the double-reverse flotation were studied through the changes of P2O5 concentrate grade and recovery rate. Experimental results showed that, Ca2+ and SO4 2- ions had a greater influence on the double-reverse flotation of the mine sample, and the effects of Mg2+ and PO43- ions were less. Ca2+ i- ons influenced on the Pz Os concentrate grade and recovery rate significantly, and the effect of SO4 z-on the concentrate recover y rate was obious. Moreover, the effects of Mg2+ and PO43-on the double-reverse flotation of silicon-calcium phosphorite were not significant.
