摘  要:目的通过与肘关节常规CT扫描比较,分析CT肘关节优化体位扫描技术的应用价值。方法以本院2015年2月-2016年1月就诊的48例肘关节外伤或非外伤患者为研究对象,均行CT扫描,根据不同体位扫描方式将其分为观察组(体位改进优化)与对照组(常规体位),各24例,比较两组图像质量、CT单次扫描X线辐射剂量情况。结果观察组肘关节CT扫描图像质量优率、优良率分别为83.33%、100.00%均显著高于对照组的25.00%、79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CT单次扫描平均X线辐射剂量(7.05±0.42)mGy显著少于对照组的(10.53±1.37)mGy,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进体位后的肘关节CT扫描相比常规体位扫描具有图像质量优良率高、X线辐射剂量少特点,可作为上肢不能上举肘关节外伤或非外伤患者CT扫描首选体位。OBjective To analyze the application value of elbow optimized position scanning of CT by comparison with routine CT scan. Methods Forty-eight patients with traumatic or non traumatic elbow injuries treated in our hospital between February 2015 and January 2016 were studied, and all patients underwent CT scanning. According to different scanning positions, they were divided into observation group (optimized position) and control group (normal position), 24 cases in each group. The image quality and X-ray radiation dose of once CT scanning were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rates of CT scan image of elbow joint in the observation group (83.33%, 100.00%) were significantly higher than those in control group (25.00%, 79.17%) (P〈0.05), the average X-ray radiation dose of once CT scanning in observation group (7.05±0.42) mGy was significantly less than that in the control group (10.53±1.37) mGy (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with routine position scanning, the excellent and good rates of optimized position CT scan image of elbow joint are higher, and the X-ray radiation dose is less. It can be used as the preferred position of CT scan for patients with upper limb unable to raise traumatic elbow injury or non traumatic injury.
