摘  要:以非离子表面活性剂OP4和OP10为基础原料,环氧氯丙烷作为连接基,合成了具有浊点性质的温控配体。对温控配体的制备条件进行了优化。将制备的温控配体与Cu^(2+)进行络合,得到具有温控相转移功能的络合物,对温控配体的结构、络合条件和不同配体比例对浊点温度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,OP-T-EN系温控配体及其络合物的浊点温度具有加和性,由此可以根据不同的应用需求,复配出具有设定浊点温度的配体及其络合物。The temperature control ligands with characteristics of cloud point was synthesized using non-ionic surfactants OP4 and OP10as raw materials and epichlorohydrin as a base.The preparation conditions of temperature control ligands were optimized.The temperature control ligands were mixed with Cu^(2+) to prepare complex with phase transfer function.Effects of structures of temperature control ligands,reaction conditions and proportion of different ligands on the cloud point temperature were studied.The results showed that the cloud temperature of OP-T-EN temperature control ligand and its complex had the additive property,thus compounds with setting cloud point temperature of ligand and its complex could be synthetised according to different application.
