摘 要:设计了一种外转子可变磁通永磁记忆电机,利用Ansoft Maxwell 2D仿真软件建立了电机模型,给出了永磁材料磁化特性和电机工作模型。采用有限元分析方法,对电机的弱磁性能进行探究,给出了电机施加不同直轴去磁电流时的磁力线分布、相磁链曲线、反电动势曲线和磁通密度分布曲线。仿真结果表明,该电机具有良好的弱磁性能,其调磁过程主要通过改变铝镍钴永磁体的磁化水平实现。A external rotor variable flux permanent magnet memory motor was designed. The simulation model was established in Ansoft Maxwell 2D software. The magnetic properties of permanent magnetic materials and the working model of the motor were given. The flux weakening of the motor was researched by using the finite element analysis method. The motor's flux-lines, fluxlinkage of winding A, reverse electromotive force curves and magnetic flux density curves under different magnetizing current were given. The simulation results showed that the motor has good flux weakening ability and its flux weakening was realized by changing the magnetic field of the AlNiCo permanent magnets.
