摘  要:在夏热冬暖地区进行居住建筑节能设计时,设计师对建筑朝向的优化设计有待加强。通过采用DOE-2对典型居住建筑在不同朝向时的能耗进行计算,分析得出夏热冬暖地区建筑朝向对能耗有着显著影响,南北向时建筑能耗比东西向时低15%左右。建议节能设计标准体系文件的规定宜从严格要求、灵活实用的立场考虑朝向问题,同时建筑师在设计时应依据设计条件,对建筑朝向进行优化设计。The designers should pay more attention to optimize the residential building orientationswhen implementing building energy efficiency design in hot summer and warm winter zone. Aftercalculating the energy consumption of typical residential buildings by DOE -2, the result shows that theenergy consumption is closely related to the building orientation in hot summer and warm winter zone, andthe energy consumption of building when faces south is about 15%lower than which faces north. The designstandards for energy effciency of residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone shouM beimproved to be more rigorous and more practical, and the architects should use a variety of means tooptimize the design of building orientations according to the actual conditions.
