摘　　要：市场失范已成为当前我国社会中影响日益严重的社会问题,不仅直接影响到人民群众的生命财产安全和物质文化生活水平的提高,也严重影响到社会主义市场经济的健康发展和广大人民群众对中国特色社会主义道路的信念。市场失范根源于资本逻辑对商品经济的宰制,它使价值增殖上升为商品生产的目的而把生产使用价值降格为实现价值增殖的手段。社会主义商品经济必须以生产使用价值即满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化需要为目的,而以价值增殖即资本的逐利动机为手段,实现资本价值增殖动机和满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化需求的辨证统一和良性互动,从而实现对资本主义商品经济的根本超越。Market anomie in our society has increasingly become a serious social problem, which not only directly threatens the security of people＇s lives and properties and hinders the improvement of people＇s material and cultural life, but also seriously influences the healthy development of socialist market economy and the masses＂ beliefs in adhering to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Market anomie is rooted in the domination of the commodity economy by the logic of capital, which makes the value increase become the purpose of commodity production while degrading the production of use value into means to realize value proliferation. The purpose of socialist commodity economy must aim at the production of use value, i.e. meeting people＇s growing material and cultural needs, whereas treating value proliferation （profiting motive of capital） as a means to achieve it. In this way, the dialectical unity and interaction between the motives of capital value proliferation and the requirements of meeting people＇s growing material and cultural needs can be achieved, in order to ultimately surpass the capitalist commodity economy.
