摘　　要：经济新常态对长期依靠投资拉动、规模扩张,及廉价劳动力、自然资源和环保成本快速发展的建筑业将是巨大的挑战.建筑业要适应和引领经济新常态,就必须直面压力和挑战,抢抓发展机遇,强化工程管理,树立更新管理理念、提升企业文化、拓展经营领域、构建创新机制、推行节能环保、大力推进信息化工业化深度融合、不断提高工程管理国际化水平等新思路,才能促进产业结构调整、生产方式转变,实现建筑业持续稳定创新发展.It will be huge challenge for booming architecture industry which chronically relies on investment stimula- ting, expansion of the scale, cheap labor and natural resources to response in new economic normal. In order to adapt to it and even lead the new economic normal, architecture industry must confront pressure and challenges, it must al- so grasp the development opportunity, strengthen the engineering management, even establish the new strategies of updating management idea, Lifting company culture, expanding business areas, building innovation mechanism, car- rying out energy conservation and environmental protection, will vigorously promote integration of informatization and industrialization, it is constantly improving the international level of engineering management. Eventually the indus- trial structure can be readjusted, the production mode can be promoted and the architecture industry would be a- chieve the continuous innovation and development.
