硝苯地平控释片联合安体舒通治疗老年高血压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察硝苯地平控释片联合安体舒通治疗老年高血压的效果。方法:选取2014年5月-2015年4月在笔者所在医院住院的100例老年高血压患者,将其按就诊顺序分为观察组52例,对照组48例。观察组应用硝苯地平控释片联合安体舒通,对照组单应用硝苯地平控释片的用药方式进行研究。结果:通过60 d治疗,观察组患者总有效率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:硝苯地平控释片联合安体舒通治疗老年高血压,降压效果好,使用方便,降压稳定,可作为治疗老年高血压首选治疗方案,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets united Spironolactone in the treatment of senile hypertension.Method: 100 cases of elderly patients with high blood pressure from May 2014 to April 2015 in the author's hospital were selected,and divided into observation group and control group,with 52 cases in observation group,and 48 cases in control group.Observation group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets united Spironolactone,control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets.Result:Through the treatment of 60 days.The total effective rate of observation group was 96.15%,significantly higher than 70.83% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets united Spironolactone in the treatment of elderly hypertension is good,easy to use,stable decompression,can be used as preferred treatment,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
