摘　　要：目的:了解湖北省中小学生健康知识与健康行为状况,为健康教育的开展提供建议。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取湖北省小学生2270人、中学生2380人并进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计分析。结果:中小学生健康知识总知晓率为83.22%,健康行为总形成率为89.59%。中学生在用眼卫生、体育锻炼等方面的表现相对较差。结论:湖北省中小学生健康知识知晓率达到湖北省相关要求,健康教育工作已取得一定成效,但仍需加强预防近视,保证每日体育锻炼时间。我国现阶段缺乏统一的健康素养测量工具,各地健康素养调查结果横向比较可行性不高。Objective： To understand the status of heahh knowledge and health behavior of primary and middle school students in Hubei province, so as to provide advice for developing health education work. Methods： A stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey 2270 elementary students and 2380 high school students by questionnaire in Hubei province. Descriptive statistical analysis was used.Results：The total health knowledge awareness rate and formation rate of primary and middle school students in Hubei province are 83.22% and 89.59% in total.Middle school students are relatively poor in the use of eye health, physical exercise, etc. Conclusion ：The health knowledge awareness rate of primary and middle school students in Hubei Province is up to standards. Health education programhave obtained certain achievements, but they are still facing some problems in myopia prevention and ensuring daily physical exercise time of primary and middle school students. At present, our country lacks a unified health literacy measurement tool.The comparability of survey resultsof health literacy in different regions is bad.
