摘　　要：苏联对曾侨居中国的"哈尔滨人"的政治清洗问题一直以来未受关注。苏联政权对"哈尔滨人"的政治清洗分三个时期。在苏联清洗扩大化时期,即使是那些早年居住在国外的"哈尔滨人"也不能置身事外,这些人国籍众多,成份复杂,以在中东铁路工作者为主,均难逃厄运。The issue of political purge by the Soviet Union against ＂Harbin people＂ living in China has long received litter attention. The purge was conducted in three stages, and during the period of purge expansion, even those ＂Harbin people＂ who lived abroad in their early years can not survive. Most of the people concemed with various nationalities, complex class statuses and dominated by Middle East railway workers can hardly escape that political doom.
