里约奥运周期女子跳马技术发展新趋势

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计等方法,以参加里约奥运会周期女子跳马决赛的运动员所完成的两跳动作为研究对象,系统分析总结里约奥运周期女子跳马技术发展的新动向。结果表明:1)当今世界优秀女子跳马选手所选用的两跳动作以"踺子后手翻类"、"前手翻类"和"踺子转体180°类"为主,且多以"直体"来完成不同类型的动作,动作集中化发展,"前手翻类"动作难度的选择和"踺子后手翻类"动作的完成质量有一定的提升空间;2)当今世界优秀跳马选手两跳动作组合主要倾向于"踺子后手翻类"结合"踺子后手翻转体180°类";3)高难度依旧是跳马技术发展的主旋律,优质的完成动作将倍受关注,2者恰当结合是女子跳马选手取得优异成绩的关键。This paper, using the methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics and other methods, participating in the Rio Olympic cycle women＇s vault finals of the athletes finished two beating system as the research object, analyzes the new trend of development of women＇s vault technology summary of Rio O- lympic cycle. The results show that： 1 ） The world＇;s outstanding women vaulting horse player chooses two beats in ＂round - off hack handspring＂ for the cause, ＂forward handspring＂ .and ＂ Round - off with 1/2 twist ＂, and ＂ straight ＂ to complete different types of action, action centralized development, ＂ forward handspring ＂ the choice of difficulty of movement and the ＂ round - off back handspring ＂for the cause the completion of action of quality have some room to improve. 2 ） In today＇s world excellent vaulting horse players beat two combina- tions tend mainly to ＂ round - off hack handspring ＂ combination ＂ Round - off with 1/2 twist ＂ for the cause. 3 ） Difficulty still is the main melody of vaulting horse technology development, high - quality completion of the action will be closely watched, the appropriate combination is the key to the women＇s vault athletes achieve ex- cellent results.
