摘　　要：为了发展经济,地方政府大量举债,导致地方政府性债务的高速增长,给社会带来了巨大的债务风险和信用危机。文章综述现有研究结果,依据公开的统计数据,对这一现象进行分析,并提出解决的建议。In order to develop the economy and the large amount of local government borrowing, the rapid growth of local government debt has brought great debt risk and credit crisis to the society. The article reviews the results of the existing research, based on pub- lished statistical data, to analyze this phenomenon, and put forward the proposed solution.
