高效节能泵在水泵节能改造中的应用

摘　　要：分析了轧钢供水泵系统普遍存在的高能耗问题,以线材三厂浊环水系统精轧供水泵为例,将高效节能水泵技术应用在该系统的节能改造中。对节能效果进行计算分析,结果表明更换高效节能水泵的节能效果明显。The problem of high energy consumption generally existing in water supply pump system of steel rolling was analyzed, muddy water system of wire rod three factory finishing for the pump as an example, high - efficiency energy saving water pump technology was applied in the energy saving transformation. The energy saving effect was calculated and analyzed, showing that replacement with high - efficiency.
