摘　　要：加快转变农业发展方式是推进农业现代化的根本途径。随着宏观经济形势和农业发展条件的变化,转变农业发展方式的内涵不断延伸拓展,农户分化、需求变化、要素升级、粮食安全、绿色发展等基本要素框定了未来转变的方向。转变农业发展方式的路径主要有培育新型农业经营体系、发展农业生产性服务业、推进农村产业融合发展等,合力推动农业供给侧结构性改革。很多地方进行了探索性实践,摸索出值得推广的模式或经验,如培育新型经营体系、推动适度规模经营、强化创新驱动发展、发挥营销引领作用等。政府部门的主动作为、创新服务是推动农业发展方式转变的必备要件,需要在制度、投入、服务等方面进一步深化改革、优化职能。要避免简单化、泛化理解,要加强风险防范机制、供应链和价值链的研究,加强对实践案例的理论总结。The fundamental route of agriculture modernization is speeding up transforming its devel-opment model. However, the connotation of transformation continued to extend and expand in response to the change of macroeconomic situations and agricultural development conditions, and its directions in the future are determined by the basic elements such as farmers＇ differentiation, demand changing, structural adjustment, factor upgrade, food security,green development and so on The practices could be summarized in several aspects, such as building a new agricultural - operation syscultural productive service industry, promoting agriculture and non - agriculture convergence, and pu-- ting forward agricultural supply - side structural reforms. Quite a few of exploratosuccessful and worth learning from. Though we can conclude that government＇s initiative and innovative services are essential for transforming agricultural development model, it is still necessary for further deepening reform and optimizing the function. Based on the review, we must understanding of transforming agricultural development model in the further research, and strengthen the study of preventing and controlling risks, establishing agricultural supply chain and value chain,make more practice case theoretical summary.
