摘 要:设计基于红外图像分析的电力设备热故障检测系统,该系统由图像采集模块和图像检测模块组成。根据目标设备的形状特征识别热图像中的电力设备,计算设备区域内的最高温度值,并对各种影响因素进行修正后做出诊断,取得了令人满意的结果。在与主动式传感器的电力设备热故障检测法的对比试验中,证明提出的基于红外图像分析的电力设备热故障检测方法在对电力设备热故障区域进行检测时是准确、有效的。The electrical equipment thermal fault detection system based on infrared image analysis was designed,which is composed of the image acquisition module and image detection module. The electric equipment in thermal image is recognized according to the shape feature of the target equipment. The maximum temperature in the equipment area is calculated. The various influence factors are corrected for diagnosis,which has obtained the satisfactory result. The comparative test of the proposed method with the electrical equipment thermal fault detection method of active sensor of thermal power equipment fault detection method was performed. It is proved that the electrical equipment thermal fault detection method based on infrared image analysis is accurate and effective to detect the thermal fault area of electrical equipment.
