摘 要:以基质分别为葡萄糖和复合碳源的2组SBR反应器活性污泥为研究对象,探讨了基质类型对活性污泥絮体中磷形态与分布的影响。结果表明,污泥絮体中的磷主要以无机磷(IP)的形式存在,且IP主要以非磷灰石无机磷(NAIP)的形式存在,絮体中的IP主要分布于胞外聚合物(EPS)中。污泥EPS总磷(TP)含量变化主要源自其IP含量的变化,EPS中IP含量变化主要源于其NAIP含量的变化,由此可认为EPS中的NAIP在胞外除磷中起重要作用。基质类型影响细菌细胞和EPS的厌氧释磷/好氧吸磷性能,以复合碳源为基质污泥细菌细胞的厌氧释磷/好氧吸磷性能约为以葡萄糖为基质细菌细胞的3.57~3.73倍,前者EPS的厌氧释磷/好氧吸磷性能约为后者的1.63~1.72倍。Influence of matrix types on the formation and distribution of phosphorus in activated sludge flocs were investigated in two SBR reactors,of which the matrixes were glycogen and complex carbon resource respectively.In activated sludge flocs,inorganic phosphorus(IP)was the main formation,which was existed as non-apatite inorganic phosphorus(NAIP),and IP was mostly distributed in extracellular polymer substances(EPS).The change of TP content in EPS was mainly originated from that of IP,of which content change was mostly rooted form that of NAIP,thereby NAIP plays an important role in extracellular dephosphorization.Matrix types have an influence on capability of releasing/absorbing phosphorus of bacteria and EPS,respectively.The capability of releasing/absorbing phosphorus of bacteria in sludge taking complex carbon resource as matrix is almost 3.57~3.73 times that of bacteria in sludge taking glycogen as matrix,and the capability of releasing/absorbing phosphorus of former EPS is about 1.63~1.72times that in latter EPS.
