利福布汀联合莫西沙星应用于耐多药肺结核中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨利福布汀联合莫西沙星应用于耐多药肺结核中的临床效果.方法选取我院2015年9月至2016年9月收治的耐多药肺结核患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例.对照组给予利福布汀胶囊联合盐酸左氧氟沙星片治疗,治疗组给予利福布汀胶囊联合莫西沙星治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效.结果治疗组患者治疗3个月、6个月、12个月及18个月痰菌转阴率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组病灶改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组不良反应发生率为9.52%,对照组不良反应发生率为11.90%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论利福布汀联合莫西沙星联合治疗耐多药肺结核,可有效提高痰菌转阴率,临床效果显著,值得临床应用与推广.Objective To explore the efficacy of rifabutin combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of multi -drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital form September 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given rifabutin capsules combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets, while the treatment group received treatment with rifabutin capsules combined with moxifloxacin. The efficacy was observed and compared between two groups. Results The sputum negative rate of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the lesion improvement in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment （9.52%） was lower than that in the control group （11.90%）, the difference showed no statistic significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Rifabutin combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of multi -drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively increase sputum negative rate, and get good efficacy, which is worthy of application and promotion.
