摘　　要：目的探讨复合疗法治疗口腔多形性红斑的临床效果.方法将104例口腔多形性红斑患者随机分为研究组58例、对照组46例,研究组采用中西医结合复合疗法进行治疗,对照组采用常规西医方法进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论复合疗法可有效提高口腔多形性红斑疗效.Objective To summarize and explore the clinical effect of compound therapy in the treatment of oral erythema multiforme. Methods One hundred and four cases of patients with oral erythema multiforme were selected and randomly divided into research group （ n=58） and control group （ n=46）. The research group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine compound therapy, and the control group received routine western medicine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound therapy can effectively improve the clinical effect of oral erythema multiforme.
