分析护理配合在上消化道超声内镜检查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析上消化道超声内镜检查中应用护理配合的临床效果.方法选取68例2016年1月至2016年10月于我院行上消化道超声内镜检查的患者,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组34例.对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施护理配合,比较两组的内镜检查情况.结果研究组超声内镜检查中途中止率为2.94%,对照组为20.59%,研究组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.研究组咽部黏膜损伤率为5.88%,对照组为29.41%,研究组术后咽痛率为11.76%,对照组为41.18%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.研究组内镜检查配合率为91.18%,显著高于对照组的64.71%（P〈0.05）.研究组的护理满意度为94.12%,显著高于对照组的67.65%（P〈0.05）.结论给予上消化道超声内镜检查患者护理配合,能够有效减少不良反应,提高护理质量,提升患者的配合度与满意度.Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing cooperation in upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasonography from January 2016 to October 2016 were divided into two groups, with 34 cases of each group, the control group received routine care, the study group was given nursing cooperation, and the application effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the study group, the midway stop rate of endoscopic ultrasonography was 2.94%, which was significantly lower than 20.59% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The rates of pharyngeal mucosa damage and pharyngalgia of the study group was 5.88% and 11.76% respectively, which were significantly lower than 29.41% and 41.18% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The entoptoscopy cooperate rate of the study group was 91.18%, which was significantly higher than 64.71% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94.12%, and in the control group was 67.65%, the difference in nursing satisfaction of the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing cooperation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction of patients with upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasonography.
