摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)患者在常规疗法基础上联合加味猪苓汤治疗的效果.方法选择2014年2月至2017年2月期间我院收治的DN患者196例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组98例.对照组患者应用含氯沙坦进行常规对症治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合加味猪苓汤.比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和相关生化指标.结果研究组治疗的总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的84.69%(P〈0.05).研究组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、微量白蛋白、血清肌酐及血尿素氮的水平均低于对照组(P〈0.05).结论DN患者在常规疗法基础上联合加味猪苓汤治疗效果显著,值得推广.Objective To explore effect of flavored Zhuling decoction on the basis of conventional therapy on the diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods From February 2014 to February 2017, 196 patients with DN were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 98 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with losartan and conventional symptomatic treatment, while the patients in the study group were treated with flavored Zhuling decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and related biochemical indicators were compared. Results The total effective rate was 93.88% in the study group, which was higher than 84. 6 9 % in the control group (P〈0.05). The levels of urinary protein, microalbumin, serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion DN patients treated with Zhuling decoction on the basis of conventional therapy has significant therapeutic effect, is worthy of popularization
