摘 要:基于对安徽省A县新型职业农民培训现状的调查研究,发现存在农民培训的积极性不高,培训时间不合理,培训内容缺乏针对性,培训的受众范围较窄,培训组织形式欠缺,培训效果不佳,培训考核不够规范等问题。结合人的现代化理论,提出以下对策:提高农民培训的积极性;调整培训时间,增强培训内容的针对性;扩大培训的受众范围;创新培训方式,改善培训组织形;规范培训考核;完善农村教育,培养后备人才。Through the investigation and research on new vocational farmers training of A county in Anhui province, the paper finds out several existing problems : The enthusiasm of farmers trEiining is not high, the trEiining time is unreasonable, there is a lack of perti-nence training content, the audience scope of training is narrow, the training organizational format is not very good, the training effect is poor, and the training assessment is not normative enough. Based on the modernization theory, specific countermeasures are put for-ward as follows : Improve the enthusiasm of farmers training ; adjust the training time, and enhance the pertinence of training content; expand the audience scope of training ; innovate the training mode, and improve the training organization form ; improve rural education and cultivate reserve talents to standardize the training assessment.
