摘  要:目的探讨空腹C肽、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、果糖胺(FRA)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)慢性并发症的关系。方法选取121例糖耐量减低(IGT)患者作为对照组,116例单纯T2DM患者及271例T2DM慢性并发症组作为病例组,比较各组血糖、C肽、Hb A1c及FRA等指标。结果单纯T2DM组、T2DM慢性并发症组各时间点的PG较IGT组明显升高(P<0.05);单纯T2DM组、T2DM慢性并发症组各时间点的C肽较IGT组明显减低(P<0.05)。单纯T2DM组、T2DM慢性并发症组的Hb A1c、FRA较IGT组明显升高(P<0.05),T2DM慢性并发症组较单纯T2DM组的Hb A1c、FRA明显减少(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析发现空腹C肽与Hb A1c、FRA呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论空腹C肽、Hb A1c、FRA与2型糖尿病慢性并发症发生密切相关,降低Hb A1c、FRA及血脂对防治T2DM慢性并发症有重要意义。Objective To study the correlation between the chronic complications of type 2 diabetes and fasting C-peptide,Hb A1 c and fructosamine.Methods 121 cases of IGT patients were selected as the control group,116 cases of simple T2 DM patients and 271 cases of patients with T2 DM chronic complications were selected as the case group,and the blood glucose,C-peptide,Hb A1 c and FRA indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The PG in various time points in the simple T2 DM group and T2 DM chronic complication group obviously increased compared with that in IGT group(P<0.05),and the C-peptide in the simple T2 DM group and T2 DM chronic complication group obviously increased compared with that in the IGT group(P<0.05),and the Hb A1 c and FRA in the T2 DM chronic complication group obviously decreased compared with those in the Hb A1 c and FRA groups(P<0.05),and the Spearman related analysis showed that the fasting Cpeptide was negatively correlated with the Hb A1 c and FRA(P<0.05).Conclusion The correlation between the fasting Cpeptide,Hb A1 c,FRA and type 2 diabetes chronic complications is close,and decreasing the Hb A1 c,FRA and blood liquid is of important significance to the prevention of T2 DM chronic complication.
