益气利湿降浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察评价益气利湿降浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗早期糖尿病肾病在临床治疗中的效果。方法选取2015年11月—2016年12月来该院治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者126例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用胰岛素控制血糖的基础治疗,饮食上控制蛋白摄取量,浮肿严重的患者采用利尿剂,血压高的患者服用降压药;观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用益气利湿降浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床有效率、肾功能改善情况以及其他各项指标的恢复情况。结果观察组患者的有效率为93.7%,显著高于对照组的有效率79.4%,观察组患者的肾功能改善明显优于对照组,其他各项指标的恢复情况也比对照组好。组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气利湿降浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果显著,能够降低血黏度和血脂,减少患者尿蛋白,治疗期间无不良反应,治疗安全可靠,具有医学价值,值得在临床治疗中大力推广。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Lishi Jiangzuo Decoctation in treatment of early diabetic nephropathies.Methods 126 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathies treated in our hospital from November 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two group,the control group adopted the basic treatment of insulin controlling blood glucose and controlling the protein intake in dieting and the patients with severe edema adopted the diureticum,and the patients with high pressure took the hypotensor,the observation group were treated with Yiqi Lishi Jiangzuo Decoctation on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effective rate,improvement of renal function and recovery of other indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(93.7% vs 79.4%),and the improvement of renal function in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the recovery of other various indexes were better than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Lishi Jiangzuo Decoctation in treatment of early diabetic nephropathies is obvious,which can reduce the viscosity of blood and blood liquid and reduce the urine protein of patients without adverse reactions during the treatment and the treatment is safe and reliable with medical value,which is worth great promotion in the clinical treatment.
